Hello! My name is Tara Oates, and I am a State of California licensed REALTOR®. In addition to real estate, I hold a Master of Social Work degree, from California State University, Bakersfield, and was previously a university instructor. During my time as a Social Worker, I used to be a subcontractor for the VA, and a regional manager for an agency that speciaized in housing chronically homeless Veterans. We provided Veterans with a HUD-VASH housing voucher, and helped them find a home. During this time, I realized there was a HUGE shortage of housing, and decided to work on purchasing additional properties for Military and Veteran housing rentals. In addition to Veterans and Military, I love working with first-time home buyers, investors, home sellers, and home buyers.
